We are excited to announce that Mike Young will be joining us as our new Executive Director, effective April 1, 2025. With an impressive track record of leadership and a deep understanding of public health, Mike will bring valuable experience and expertise that align perfectly with our vision and goals. We are confident he will be a great asset in this position and will drive the Good Samaritan Clinic towards continued success.
We would also like to thank Shannon Madden for her contributions during her ten years
as Executive Director. Her leadership and dedication led Good Samaritan Clinic to the highest certification level with both the National Association of Free Clinics and the South Carolina
Free Clinics Association. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Did you know over 12% of South Carolinians are uninsured? That’s nearly 650,000 individuals who are likely to avoid doctor visits, unable to receive treatment and preventative care.
